Ebony Bey stands out in 2006

The black reproducer Ebony Bey, grandson of Bey Shah and imported by the Santa Barbara Farm, was one of the main events of the 22nd International Arabian Horse Show in Punta del Este, on January 6 and 7, 2006.
The Santa Barbara Farm showed three of Ebony Bey’s first young which were born on the farm.
SB Latif (x HVP Lizana) was the Male Junior Reserved Champion.
SB Mouhrat (HLS Camile) was 3rd best junior filly
SB Lazize (x Alirha Bey) got 3rd among females between 2 and 3 years.

Santa Barbara is among the best on the Yearly Championship
The result of two extraordinary mares on the occasion of the 2005 show classified the Santa Barbara Farm as the 6th best breeder and 5th best exhibitor of the year 2005 in Uruguay.
The female SB Boushara was one of the first animals born on the Santa Barbara Farm. She became the 4th best mare of the year and Quebelle del Lark MRT, imported from Brazil, ranked among the "Top Ten". The result of those two products fosters Santa Barbara Farm’s good performance even further.

 

Santa Barbara first Open House 15th January 2007

As the last program in the International Arabian Horse Week in Punta del Este, which started the 12th of January Haras Santa Barbara had its first Open House. A delightfull evening were friends and Arabain horse lovers could get together and be presented with the farms breeding programs. The three main stallions were shown after a presentation of their most interesting gets. Haras Santa barbara hopes to see you there next year, and lots of new faces too!
